Welcome to the Dixie State University Cello Festival 2017!
The DSU Cello Festival will be held on September 15-16, 2017 in Dixie State University Eccles Fine Arts Center. Dedicated to promote the learning, enjoyment, and community-involvement in cello playing, the two-day Festival will offer a lots of wonderful opportunities for cellists of all ages and all levels. This year we are glad to have Dr. Meredith Blecha-Wells as the Festival’s featured artists and clinicians (https://www.meredithblechawells.com).
Highlights of the festival include large cello ensemble sessions and final performance, chamber music opportunities, cello master classes, guest-artist recital and a lecture on how to practice efficiently, among others.
